Collaborated to build a tool for analyzing drug research data, tailored per the requirements of 4 industry experts at Pfizer who served as our customers. Used Open Targets data to help identify adverse events in drug research with a focus on protein target similarity.
Built a Neo4j knowledge graph database (124k nodes and ~68M relationships), a Next.js front-end UI featuring a search function, a Django backend supporting API calls and data collection and ingestion.
