Knowledge Graph for Adverse Events in Drug Safety

Collaborated to build a tool for analyzing drug research data, tailored per the requirements of 4 industry experts at Pfizer who served as our customers. Used Open Targets data to help identify adverse events in drug research with a focus on protein target similarity.

Online Shopping Customer Prediction

Implemented a machine learning model that predicts whether an online shopping customer will complete a purchase. Created an API endpoint with AWS.

Memory Allocator in C++
Systems Programming | C++

Wrote a debugging memory allocator that tracks memory usage statistics, reuses freed memory, and catches common programming errors. Learned about byte wrangling, sizes, memory representations of information and malloc.

Raised $500,000 for the Second-largest Undergraduate Ball in Canada
Leadership | Project Management

Collaborated (team of 8) to raise $500,000 for the second-largest undergraduate ball in Canada by organizing more than 30+ events each attracting over 300 participants throughout the year; selected as the Student Association of the Year out of 17 student associations and clubs

Lead Volunteer for the HEC Montréal Undergraduate Bal 2019 Edition

Managed $45,000 of alcohol and beverages for students and performers. Contributed to the smooth running of the $500,000 3-day event and worked closely with the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu hotel staff.

Chinese Characters Database Supporting CRUD Operations

Built a web interface and REST API that allows a Chinese language learner to keep track of characters learned. Renders information on status as well as meaning, pronunciation, and words.

Real-time Tweets Analysis

Created a Scala program to stream Tweets and identify the language in which each Tweet was written, enabling comprehensive analytics on the various languages used.
